Request Information from Client
- Go to inology.au
- Login to Administration
- Go to Email Marketing > Email to Non-Subscribers
- Select "Requesting Information for Website Management" from Articles drop down
- Add the email address of the Reseller or Client (CC the Reseller if emailing to the Reseller's Client)
- Change [First Name] to the reseller / clients name
- Select appropriate paragraph:
- Emailing to resellers client
- Emailing to reseller
- Emailing to your client
- Delete other two paragraphs that you will not use
- Change [Developer] under "Regards," to your name
- Click Submit
The email has been sent so now wait for the reseller / client to get back to you.
